Evergreen is an open-source Integrated Library System used by libraries worldwide. As an Evergreen Systems Specialist at Bibliomation Inc., I manage and contribute to this platform which serves as Connecticut's largest library consortium.
My contributions include code improvements, bug fixes, and documentation updates across multiple releases. I work with PostgreSQL for database operations, Perl for server-side development, and Angular for the staff client interface.
I have code and documentation included in releases spanning 3.11 through 3.17 — with more on the way, including the upcoming 4.0 major release — helping improve functionality and user experience for libraries across the consortium.
